Crafts Magazine 41, the magazine of the Chamber of Trades of Loir-et-Cher, we chose to illustrate the issue devoted to sustainable development of No. 81 in the second quarter of 2010.

The article, entitled "A lasting commitment to walk," is our portrait. It describes how we try to implement our philosophy of life "in our bakery: the selection of our raw materials to managing waste while passing through a "participatory management".
